For a person looking for a weight loss shake, it might be very confusing to choose which among them the best is. The review below compares these three products in order to determine which one is the best.

GNC Total Lean Shake, 310 Shake, Shakeology: Ingredients

GNC Total Lean Shake, 310 Shake, Shakeology: Ingredients

These meal replacements contain a unique blend of ingredients which help to accelerate weight loss. The common ingredients that are found in these supplements are protein and fiber but under different types of proprietary blends. They help to spark thermogenesis, inhibit hunger pangs and enhance the growth of muscles.

310 Shake Ingredients

It contains a tri-plex blend of protein which is composed of rice protein, – pea protein & hemp protein. 310 has a vegan-friendly source of protein that helps to support muscle growth. Additionally, this shake also has a fiber blend of cellulose and xantham gum as well as waxy maize. Other ingredients found in this supplement are minerals and vitamins like Vitamin E, copper, phosphorus. Vitamin C, magnesium and many others.

Shakeology Ingredients

Flax Seed, Pea Protein, Whey Protein and Sacha Inchi are some of the ingredients that form part of Shakeology’s protein Blend. Besides that, it also has a superfood as well as an antioxidant blend of rose hips, acerola cherry, vitamin A, Camu-Camu, Vitamin C among others.

GNC Lean Shake Ingredients

It contains whey and milk concentrate as its primary protein sources. Additionally, it also has a carbohydrate blend that consists of oat bran, carrageenan, cellulose powder, xantham gum, maltodextrin etc. Total lean also has a creamer that’s derived from corn syrup and soybean oil which has been hydrogenated partially.

GNC Total Lean Shake, 310 Shake, Shakeology: Protein Content per Serving

The amount of protein that a supplement offers is critical of how it can lead to muscle gain and curb hunger. Lean shake contains 9g of protein and 17 grams in Shakeology. Meanwhile, 310 meal replacement has a protein amount of 15g.  Comparing 310 Shake vs GNC Lean Shake, GNC Lean Shake has almost twice less the content of 310 Shake. However, looking at the 310 Shake vs Shakeology, the latter is much better due to the high amounts of protein.

GNC Total Lean Shake, 310 Shake, Shakeology: Fiber Content per Serving

GNC Total Lean Shake has 8g of protein, Shakeology has 6g while 310 shake has a fiber content of around 5g. Comparing Lean Shake vs Shakeology, the former is absolutely better as it has two more grams of fiber. Lean Shake is also better than 310 shake. A look at the 310 shake vs gnc lean shake and 310 shake vs Shakeology shows that lean shake has the best fiber content. A dieter requires a meal replacement shake that contains high amount of fiber in order to minimize constant food cravings and eliminate hunger pangs.

Are These Shakes Vegan-Friendly?

For a meal replacement shake to have a big consumer base, it needs to cater to the different needs of various users. Some people are strictly on a vegan diet hence there is need to have supplements that are safe for their consumption. As per GNC Lean shake and 310 Shake Reviews these tow shakes are vegan-friendly. However, most of Shakeology meal replacement shakes contain non-organic ingredients. They usually have more than 5g of added sugar and this makes them harmful for vegans.

Are These Shakes Gluten-free?

Note that some people are sensitive to gluten. Gluten is found in ingredients such as rye, barley, wheat, and oats. A gluten-free supplement can be used to treat certain medical conditions which include gastrointestinal problems like irritable bowel syndrome. Besides that, it can also be used to treat celiac disease. Shakeology, 310 Shake and Lean Shake are marketed as gluten-free weight loss supplements. However, they have not been certified as gluten-free products by the FDA.

Studies Supporting the Effectiveness of 310, Shakeology and Lean Shake

The effectiveness of most products, especially meal replacements should always be supported by proof. There is no single specific scientific or medical study that supports the efficiency of these weight loss products. However, there are numerous studies which support the effectiveness of the ingredients that they contain when it comes to weight loss. Components such as protein, fiber, superfoods etc. are some of the ingredients which have been verified as weight loss enhancers.

GNC Total Lean Shake, 310 Shake, Shakeology: Price

Most people normally prefer shakes that are affordable and have a cost-friendly price. A weight loss product is something that has to be used over and over again to produce significant weight loss. The cheaper a product is, the more it appeals to clients. For every one serving of these shakes, 310 costs $2, 43 while Lean Shake costs $2, 19. Meanwhile, Shakeology is the most expensive in this supplement comparison with a single serving costing $4, 30.

GNC Total Lean Shake, 310 Shake, Shakeology: Taste

With all factors considered, what about their taste? Well, the taste of a meal replacement shake depends on the ingredients which are used to prepare it which help to determine the flavor. Overall, 310 shake has an average taste and it’s available in flavors such as salted caramel, vanilla, Mocha, Vanilla, strawberry, and Chocolate. While Shakeology has the café latte, strawberry, chocolate, Greenberry and vanilla flavors, consumer reviews indicates that it generally has a very good taste. GNC lean shake can be found in flavors like the Swiss chocolate, vanilla bean or cookies & cream. However, some users have complained that it has a chalky and a bad lingering taste.

GNC Total Lean Shake, 310 Shake, Shakeology: Customer Reviews

Generally, these meal replacements have good ratings in terms of customer reviews despite the few disadvantages that they have. For example, 310 Shake has an average customer rating of 3.6 while Shakeology has 3.8. GNC Total Lean has the highest rating i.e. 3.9 Out of 5.

Final Thoughts

Consumer reviews indicate that all these shakes have their benefits and also cons. Despite that, it isn’t very easy to determine the best meal replacement shake from these three products. On the other hand, lots of people like to use detox tea to lose their weight and get glowing skin. So you can also check detox tea reviews. Therefore, the best product depends on a person’s personal preferences as well as their budget.
